The Animation Window (F4) allows you to animate a sequence of thumbnail images and optionally save them as an AVI file. You can select one or more thumbnails and drag them to the animation window where they will be added to the animation. You can use the Animate or Ping-Pong commands under the Thumbnail menu to set the selected thumbnails as the current animation.
The Animation Window
Rewind rewinds the animation to the beginning.
Frame Back moves one frame back.
Frame Advance moves one frame forward.
Reverse Play plays the animation backwards.
Stop stops the animation.
Play plays the animation forwards.
Open Image opens the image associated with the current thumbnail .
Select Thumbnail selects the current thumbnail in the browser.
Remove Frame removes the current frame from the animation.
Remove All Frames removes all the frames and clears the animation.
If the Loop option is selected, the animation will repeat.
The Speed control controls the speed of the animation.
There is also a context menu which provides all of the above functions as well as a Stay On Top option. If enabled, this makes the animation window stay on top of other PMIO windows.
