The Basket Manager (F3) allows you to manage your basket collection. You can use it to manipulate basket contents without the need to open a browser and wait for the thumbnails to load. For example, you can quickly empty a basket or see how many images are in a basket. It provides the following commands:
| New Basket | Creates a new basket with the name of your choice |
| New Browser | Opens a new browser window |
| Open | Opens the selected basket |
| Empty | Empties the selected basket |
| Delete | Deletes the selected basket |
| Properties | Displays properties for the selected basket |
| Lock | Locks the location associated with the selected basket |
| Refresh | Updates the Basket Manager display |
| Stay On Top | Makes the window stay on top of other PMIO windows |
| Create Shortcut On Desktop | Creates a shortcut to the Basket Manager on your desktop |
