Deleting Images

To delete one or more image files, perform the following steps:

• Select the thumbnails of the images that you want to delete.
• Choose Delete (Ctrl/Del) from the Image menu.

If the Confirm file deletes option is checked in General Preferences then you will see the following dialog:

Usually you will simply click Delete. If you don't want to see this dialog again, check Don't show me this again first. If you want a more advanced view of what is going on, click Advanced mode. For an explanation of what this does, please see Advanced conflict handling, but read 'delete' for 'copy'.

Once you have clicked Delete, PMIO will use Windows Explorer to do the deletion, so what happens next depends on your Explorer settings. Usually, Windows will ask if you want to move the files to the Recycle Bin.

Deleting Folders

To delete a folder, perform the following steps:

• Navigate to the folder in a browser.
• Choose Delete Folder from the File menu.
